A!MS Bridges the Diaspora with Certified Street Anthem ‘Wait What’

British-Cypriot artist A!MS has assembled “The Splash Gang” – a certified lineup featuring ZieZie, Ramz, Liilz, and Brodie – for the landmark collaboration ‘Wait What’.

Moving beyond regional boundaries, the track captures the current diversity of the UK rap scene while solidifying A!MS’s position as a global street movement architect. With the single already surpassing 1.5 million streams on Spotify, the project is now officially under consideration for the Grammy Awards in the Best Global Music Performance category.

The collaboration is a high-octane 2 minutes and 27 seconds of rap synergy, where each artist contributes a distinct style to a track that avoids the typical pitfalls of ego projects. A!MS, whose roots in the rap world date back to the legendary So Solid Crew, remains at the centre of this movement. As Cyprus’s most-streamed artist with over 155 million total streams, his ability to connect rap culture across Europe, the Middle East, and the diaspora is a lived reality.

Beyond the studio, A!MS is preparing to host The Wave Fest series from June to August at WaterWorld WaterPark in Ayia Napa, Cyprus.
