Eats

Sapori Solari is a must try if you’re looking to indulge in some mouthwatering steak & wine, all without breaking the bank. You can also enjoy a scenic walk with a view of Palazzo Atti once you’re done here, the perfect way to top off your dining experience at this restaurant.

Next on the list is Al Pescatore, the ultimate seafood haven in Bari with an extensive wine list. Trust me, every single item on their menu is a perfect 10/10, expect to be swimming in flavour with every bite.

If you’re looking for a taste of the local scene, you can’t go wrong with ‘Ai 2 Ghiottoni’. They’ve got a little something for everyone, serving up typical regional dishes. Here you can experience the typical cuisine of Puglia, with fresh pasta, meat and fish dishes.

Drink

Apulian Factory, my go-to bar in Bari! The vibe and atmosphere of this place is great. It’s the spot where I find myself spending the most time, especially when I’m in the mood for some quality catch-up time with friends over a few drinks in a casual/fun setting.
Next up on my list would be Ianus. They serve up delicious drinks in a cozy atmosphere. A cool hangout spot if you’re in the mood for a chill vibe setting.

When it comes to coffee, my personal favorite go-to spot is Jerome Cafe. You absolutely have to try their espresso granita topped with whipped cream, as well as their refreshing frozen espressino. What makes it even better is their cozy seating options both indoors and outdoors. Situated right in the heart of Bari’s shopping district, this cafe offers a homely ambiance and stunning decor.

Go out out

Without a doubt, the hottest spot in Bari has got to be Kepler Club. The energy of this place is incredible with an impressive lineup of both local and international DJs every weekend. And guess what… starting next year, I might just have my very own residency there. Trust me, if you’re in search of the ultimate nightlife destination in town, this is the place you don’t want to miss out on.

Now, if you’re up for a little adventure, take a short trip (just an hour away) to Clorophilla Club. This massive venue boasts a mind-blowing capacity of 7,000 with an electric atmosphere. Throughout the year, you’ll catch some of the biggest acts in the industry gracing the stage here. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience you don’t want to miss out on!

Other places to visit

First on the list is definitely Polignano a Mare, a picturesque seaside spot that’ll take your breath away. It’s the ultimate go-to place where I like to take friends who are visiting Bari for the 1st time. The beauty of Polignano a Mare is simply unparalleled.

For another dose of waterfront charm is Lungo Mare. This place is all about relaxation and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. It’s perfect for leisurely strolls or finding a cozy spot to sit back and grab a bite.

Last but not least, don’t miss out on exploring the Old Town where you’ll stumble upon some seriously cool stuff. Picture this: mums making fresh pasta right on the streets. You can even buy their handmade pasta and taste the authenticity of Bari..and let me tell you, the orecchiette pasta here is an absolute must-try. It’s like a taste of tradition in every bite.
