XXL London 2026: Warehouse Project and Teletech Announce 15,000-Capacity DrumSheds Takeover
The UK’s hard techno movement reaches a new milestone as XXL confirms its largest-ever event – a collaboration between Warehouse Project and Teletech set for February 20, 2026, XXL London 2026 at London’s DrumSheds.
Marking the brands’ first joint London show, XXL London 2026 will transform the 15,000-capacity venue into a multi-stage industrial rave on a scale rarely seen in the capital.
The announcement positions XXL at the forefront of large-format techno productions. Originating in Manchester, the brand has evolved from dark warehouse gatherings into international showcases, with editions in Malta and multiple sold-out runs at Depot Mayfield. The move to DrumSheds – one of Europe’s largest indoor spaces – cements XXL’s transition from underground phenomenon to global player.
The full lineup, released today, features a cross-section of the scene’s heaviest hitters: Azyr, Nikolina, Jazzy, Holy Priest, Odymel, Restricted, and Hannah Lainge among 29 names, alongside several back-to-back sets and one exclusive b2b2b performance. True to XXL’s reputation, the curation leans toward relentless energy, distorted euphoria, and industrial precision.

DrumSheds, located in Tottenham and operated by Broadwick Live, has become the epicentre for next-generation electronic events. Its cavernous structure and cutting-edge production capabilities make it the ideal setting for XXL London 2026, bridging the aesthetic of underground raves with the infrastructure of a global-scale festival.
For Warehouse Project and Teletech, the London debut represents a strategic expansion. Both promoters have defined the harder edge of UK club culture – combining meticulous programming with uncompromising sound. Their partnership under the XXL banner began in 2021, scaling Teletech’s raw energy into full-scale warehouse experiences. This upcoming edition signals not just growth, but consolidation: a merging of northern identity with London’s growing appetite for harder, faster sounds.
With every XXL event to date selling out, demand for XXL London 2026 is expected to exceed capacity. Advance registration and early-tier tickets will likely move fast once released.
As hard techno continues its ascent, this show will stand as a benchmark – proof that the underground, when executed with precision, can command arenas without losing its edge.
